It's good that you're thinking about your business model at this point, though I lean towards urging you to focus more on getting your product out there and begin testing product-market fit.
Start with setting up your analytics to measure user-behavior that will either validate or invalidate your product hypotheses. Use that data to optimize or privot your product until you see good retention and usage figures.
Once you understand how your users behave in the real world, you'll begin to see where they have unmet needs that you/brands/retailers may be able to serve...and that's the kind of data that brands/retailers will want. They'll want to know how much effort they need to get what kind of benefit.
